My name is Anna Fredette, the Founder and CEO of Nanny Heroes Agency & Consulting. I bring over a decade of childcare, education, and consulting experience to my clients. I have successfully launched various businesses and combine my knowledge from every avenue to bring a streamlined process for all those who entrust my agency.  My commitment is to share my knowledge and expertise widely in my community and beyond. Rooted in strong family values, my agency reflects my passion for shaping future generations through quality care and helping my peers turn their passion into profession. Beyond work, I enjoy traveling, volunteering, leading the Summit Area Small Business Alliance, networking, taking long walks with my pup Rex, and exploring great restaurants. My guiding principle is to leave things better than I found them.

My name is Jessica Bellagamba, and I am thrilled to join the Nanny Heroes Agency team as a recruitment specialist. As a dedicated mom and career nanny, I bring extensive expertise in newborn care, pediatric sleep, and postpartum doula services. My background also includes valuable experience in recruitment and administrative roles within household employment companies. I am deeply passionate about guiding parents through the challenges of new parenthood and helping nannies find families where they truly feel at home. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, biking, and, most importantly, spending quality time with my family. My mission is to provide qualified candidates to Nanny Heroes Agency using innovative strategies and maintaining consistent communication. A favorite quote of mine, which resonates deeply with my experiences in this beautiful industry, is by Richard Bach: "The bond that links your true family is not one of blood, but of respect and joy in each other's life."
